How can I return my item?
You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
Please follow these steps to complete your return:
- Email us here with your full name, order number, product name(s), and the reason for the return.
- Print the return label we send you by email.
- Attach the label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Send us the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be shipped within 5 days after the return label is issued.
- Please include clear photos of the item from different angles in your return request email.
Do I have to pay shipping fees to return a product?

How long do I have to return an item?
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange — no stress.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We're happy to assist with exchanges if there's an issue with your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or faulty, you can return it for free within 30 days of purchase.
Follow the return steps above and include a photo of the issue in your email. Once verified, we’ll process your return promptly.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We process your refund the same day we receive your return at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Do you refund shipping fees?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping fees and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking system shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft after delivery.
However, if you selected Insured Shipping at checkout, we will resend the item, issue a store credit, or provide a full refund in case of loss or theft.
